Saudi border guards kill Yemeni civilian

At least one civilian was killed and 16 others injured after Saudi border guards opened fire on them in a border district in Saada province, northern Yemen, Yemen Press Agency reported, citing, a security source.

According to the source, the Saudi border guards fired at a group of Yemeni civilians in Barkan area in Razih border district, which resulted in the death of one and injuring 16 others.

He added that the wounded were taken to a hospital near Razih district, adding that most of the injured were in critical condition.

The source deplored the crime, which came despite the continuation of the truce declared under the auspices of the United Nations.
