Tihama Organization for Rights, Development and Human Heritage condemned the demolition of the historic Al-Noor Mosque in Al-Khokha, by the US-Saudi mercenaries.
In a statement, the organization said that this crime is among a series of ongoing crimes committed by the US-Saudi aggression and its mercenaries against Islamic and historical monuments in Yemen.
It stated that the aggression’s targeting of historical monuments and archaeological sites aims to eliminate the Islamic historical cultural heritage and the faith identity of the Yemeni people.
The organization demanded the international organizations to condemn this criminal act and to protect mosques and historical monuments that are subject to obliteration and distortion by the US-Saudi aggression and mercenaries.
