The rising number of victims due to mines and remnants left over by the aggression forces during the humanitarian truce in many provinces, is attributed to the lack of survey devices and equipment required to clean the affected areas, as a result of preventing their entry by the coalition, the center said.
It called on humanitarian partners to play their role and pressure the United Nations Development Program to provide detectors to cleanse the province from the war remnants.
