Leader of the Yemeni revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, stressed the importance of celebrating the Prophet’s birthday for changing the reality of the nation and reviving its values.
In his speech that he delivery on Tuesday on the occasion of the inauguration of the religious anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday for the year 1444 AH, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi called for widespread interest in educational and guidance activities, leading to the major event on the Prophet’s birthday.
He also called for paying attention to mobilizing for the grand event of the great Prophet’s birthday on the 12th day of the month Rabi al-Awwal, considering the crowd as a manifestation of glorification to the Prophet Muhammed, peace be upon him.
“The Yemeni people are at the forefront of the Islamic peoples in its interest in the occasion of Mawlid, the way to revive them, and its massive presence in the main event,” Sayyid al-Houthi said.
He pointed out that the anti-Islam Western attack seeks to offend its landmarks and symbols, including the Prophet Muhammed.
Al-Houthi added: “We must be present to confront the corrupting satanic war that seeks to separate the nation from the principles of Islam.”
