A number of Jawf tribesmen loyal to the Saudi-led coalition set up on Saturday sit-in tents near the Saudi border to demand the release of the leader of Islah party Sheikh Amin Al-Okimi, the governor in the colaition-backed government, and the former leader of the so-called Jawf axis.
The channel “Al-Mahriya” said, in a breaking news that Jawf tribes erected their first tents on the border between Yemen and Saudi Arabia to demand the speedy release of Sheikh Amin Al-Okimi, who was arrested at the end of last July by Saudi forces.
The channel pointed to the continued flow of tribes to Muttrah area near the Saudi border to demand the return of sheikh Al-Okimi to Yemen.
