The Foreign Ministry of the National Salvation Government condemned on Sunday the terrorist attack that targeted the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, which left more than 100 dead and 300 wounded among civilians.
In a statement issued today, the Foreign Ministry indicated that targeting civilian gathering places violates all religious teachings, morals, norms and human values.
The statement expressed the solidarity of the National Salvation Government and the Yemeni people with the Somali government and people in the face of terrorism and terrorists.
The ministry emphasized that terrorism is rejected in all its forms and manifestations, and it represents one of the most serious threats to international peace and security, stressing the importance of bringing the perpetrators, organizers, financiers and supporters of these terrorist acts to justice.
The statement noted that terrorism and extremism do not recognize time and place, as their goal is to destroy societies and negatively affect their social fabric.
