A delegation from the Sultanate of Oman arrived on Wednesday in the capital Sana’a, accompanied by Mohammed Abdulsalam, head of the Sana’a negotiating delegation.
Source in Sana’a stated that the Omani delegation has new proposals that it is to discuss with the leadership and official in Sana’a.
On Monday, the Supreme Political Council in Sana’a announced its rejection of the continuation of the state of no peace and no war, which the Saudi-led coalition aims to keep the Republic of Yemen in, stressing that this situation would not continue indefinitely and that Yemeni would take appropriate measures at the right time.
The Council reaffirmed Yemen’s firm stance towards the honorable peace that protects Yemen’s sovereignty and independence and preserves its unity, welcoming all serious steps in this regard.
