The Executive Center for Mine Action on Tuesday confirmed in a statistic for the first days of the new year 2023 that the remnants of Saudi-led war continue to claim the lives of civilians, children and women.
The center stated that since the beginning of the 2023, two citizens were killed and three injured, including children, in a number of governorates as a result of remnants of the war.
It noted that the threat of remnants of war continues to await new victims as a result of widespread contamination, excessive use of cluster bombs and the lack of landmine detectors.
These tragedies came in light of international silence about the crime of the US-Saudi aggression by preventing the entry of mine detectors, which represents an obstruction of humanitarian work, and deliberate harm to the largest number of Yemenis.
