Yemeni National Salvation Government Condemns Zionists' Violations Against Al-Aqsa Mosque

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sana’a Government on Tuesday strongly condemned the Zionist entity’s violations of the sanctity of the holy places in Al-Aqsa Mosque.

This came after the Zionist extremist Minister of Homeland Security, Itamar Bin Ghafir, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in light of the spread of the Zionist occupation forces.

In a statement it issued today, the ministry considered the Zionist violations and practices attacks aimed at changing the features and reality of the holy places in Quds, taking advantage of the international community’s disregard for what is happening in the occupied territories.

The ministry warned of the consequences of the continued violations committed by the Zionist entity in the holy places, foremost of which is Al-Aqsa Al-Sharif, stressing that “these irresponsible Zionist practices will intensify the confrontations in the Palestinian Arab territories and will constitute a direct threat to regional and international peace and security.”

The statement held the authorities of the Zionist entity and the countries complicit with it responsible for protecting Palestinian civilians, as the occupying power, in accordance with international law, in particular the four Geneva Conventions.

The ministry’s statement stressed that the increase in the violations and provocations of the Zionist entity is evidence of the failure of the Zionist scheme to gain the support of the Arab peoples, especially after the normalization of some Arab and Islamic regimes with the Zionist entity.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed the call for the Security Council, the United Nations Human Rights Council, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the League of Arab States to condemn Zionist practices and to carry out their responsibility to protect the Palestinian people and sanctities in the lands of Palestine.
