On Saturday, The Saudi-led coalition sent large military reinforcements to the Yemeni-Saudi border areas, Yemen Press Agency ( YPA ) reported.
Local sources in Hajjah province said that military vehicles, artillery weapons and heavy military equipment, accompanied by hundreds of coalition recruits, arrived at the outskirts of the Haradh and Al-Buqa districts in the desert of Hajjah.
The sources confirmed that the reinforcements, led by Major General “Ahmed Al-Absi” arrived at the camp of “Al-Fursan Brigade” on the outskirts of the districts.
The sources also stated that more reinforcements arrived to the positions of the coalition forces in the “Al-Hasm Brigade” camp and the “10th Brigade” camp in Al-Buqa desert in the same day.
Military observers believe that these reinforcements come as part of a hidden plan for future confrontations on the fronts beyond the borders, in light of Saudi Arabia’s intransigence to extend the UN-brokered humanitarian and military truce in Yemen, which ended on October 2,2022.
