10 civilians killed and injured by Saudi shelling on border regions

Ten civilians were killed and injured on Wednesday due to the Saudi army’s shelling and targeting of the populated border areas of Saada province, northern Yemen.

A security source in the province confirmed that five civilians were injured, some seriously, leading to the amputation of their feet.

The source added that a civilian was injured and his feet were amputated by Saudi artillery shelling on the border district of Shada, while three African immigrants were injured in the Al-Raqaw area in Monabbih district and were transferred to Al-Talh Hospital.

On Tuesday, a civilian was killed and four others were wounded by Saudi artillery shelling on the Bani Maeen area in Razih district and other border areas.

The Saudi attacks on the border district of Monabbih in Saada in January and February killed and wounded 202 civilians, according to medical sources.
