The Yemeni Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor affirmed that the Palestinian issue was and will remain present in the conscience of the Arab and Islamic nations, while the term “normalization” is rejected by all the nation’s free people.
This came during his meeting in Sana’a with the acting representative of the Palestinian resistance movement “Hamas” in Yemen, Moath Abu Shammala.
Dr. bin Habtoor praised the militant role of Hamas and the other free Palestinian organizations in resisting the Zionist occupation, reaffirming the principled position of the Yemeni people in advocating the Palestinian cause and supporting the legitimate rights of the brotherly Palestinian people.
He conveyed the greetings of the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, to the leadership of the movement in Palestine.
For his part, Abu Shammala conveyed the greetings of Hamas leader Haniyeh to the Yemeni leadership, government, and people, reviewing the latest developments in the Palestinian arena, the current events in the West Bank and the Holy City of Al-Quds, and the recent heroic operations against the Zionist entity.
At the end of the meeting, Abu Shammala handed the movement’s shield to the Prime Minister in appreciation for his efforts and positions in support of the Palestinian cause.
