A senior leader of Al-Qaeda was killed on Tuesday in mysterious circumstances in Abyan province, southern Yemen.
Sources said that residents found the body of the leader of the al-Qaeda organization, “Abu Musab al-Jaadani”, killed in Wadi Omran area, which is under the control of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia backed by the UAE.
The sources indicated that traces of gunshot wounds were seen on the body of the leader, al-Jaadani, suggesting that he might be subjected to an unknown assassination a few days ago.
