On Sunday, a child was killed and two other people were injured in a run-over accident by an Emirati vehicle in Shabwah province, eastern Yemen.
Eyewitnesses reported that a military vehicle of the UAE-backed factions was traveling at a reckless speed and ran over three citizens who were riding a motorcycle in the center of Azzan city. This led to the death of the child Salem Abdelbari Salem Al-Aqel Ba-Awdah, and the injury of two others.
Citizens rushed to transfer the injured victims to a nearby hospital in the city.
The incident is attributed to the disregard for the lives of people shown by the drivers of the Emirati vehicles deployed in the province.
