Deputy foreign minister tells neighboring countries that a divided Yemen will have regional consequences

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sana’a government, Hussein Al-Ezzi, warned neighboring countries about the dangers of projects seeking to divide Yemen.

On Thursday, Al-Ezzi tweeted: “The widespread popular rejection of secession means that unity is a Yemeni project and its targeting is an external project.”

“Data has shown a difference between the Saudi-led coalition countries, but it is incomplete and the differences have begun to shake, and unless they are refuted, the battles of fragmentation will start to devour the unity of each country in the periphery,” he added, describing that as “immoral and dangerous.”
