An armed group assaulted members of an artistic band from the city of Al-Houta, the provincial capital of Lahj, southern Yemen.
The incident occurred when the band was returning from Sabiha area of Lahj on its way to the city, where it had recently performed.
Activists on social media said that this was part of the return of gangs belonging to the coalition-backed militias and claimed that they were pursued in Al-Sabiha as part of the military and security campaign led by Saleh Al-Sayed, confirming his failure to limit the spread of armed gangs in the province.
