A recruit affiliated with the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) raped his neighbor, a disabled child (14), in the Taweelah neighborhood in Crater district in the occupied city of Aden.
Activist Saqr Abbadi said in a tweet: “A disabled child named (Youssef) age ’14’ from the sons of Crater was raped by a person, who lives in the same area. The man was arrested and handed over to the Crater police.”
He added, “The forensic report confirmed that the child was raped.”
Abbadi called on the Crater police to quickly complete the legal procedures and transfer the file of the prosecution without any delay.
