On Monday, Pro-Saudi Islah forces in Hadramout sent new military reinforcements to the outskirts of the eastern city of Mukalla.
According to sources, the military reinforcements for the first military region deployed in the Sah district and various northern areas near the city of Mukalla, where the leadership of the UAE-backed factions is stationed.
This came as tensions between the coalition parties increased, especially after the second Hadrami uprising of the STC held an expanded meeting in the Al-Rudud area. During the meeting the group drew up plans to invade the Islah stronghold in the city of Seiyun.
In the past hours, new military reinforcements of the STC arrived in Mukalla, where they began installing anti-armor cannons in preparation for a decisive battle against Saudi-backed factions.
Tensions in Hadhramaut are expected to increase in the next few days
