Local residents found a woman hanged in her home in the Crater district in the occupied city of Aden at a time when residents are suffering due to the deterioration of the living conditions as a result of the collapse of the local currency.
On Saturday, a woman was found hanging inside her home in the Al-Rozmet neighborhood in Crater district, local residents said.
According to the residents, the woman decided to end her live likely because of her inability to provide food for her family. She lost her husband in a bombing that targeted the gate of Aden airport, and her father died three months ago.
Thousands of families in Aden are desperately searching for food due to the high prices of basic commodities exceeding residents’ purchasing power as a result of the systematic looting of the country’s monetary system and economic wealth by the Saudi-led coalition and its mercenaries.
