Minister of Transport denounces UN for helping obstruct flights and ships

The Minister of Transport, Abdulwahhab Al-Durra, affirmed that the US-Saudi aggression continues to delay the entry of ships to the port of Hodeidah, and to obstruct the expansion of flights.

Minister Al-Durra explained that the UN is not abiding by the agreement to provide necessary equipment to the port of Hodeidah after it was bombed by the US-Saudi coalition.

He also confirmed the continued obstruction of the expansion of flights, saying: “Whenever we reach a result in expanding flights to and from Sana’a airport, this is obstructed by the other party.”

The Minister of Transport indicated that there are great difficulties in providing the required reservations for flights to and from Sana’a Airport, due to the lack of expansion of flights.

On Wednesday, the Ministry of Transport submitted a letter of objection to the United Nations signing a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi-backed government regarding marine insurance on ships
