Saudi court sentences Yemeni man to 15 years in frison for taking picture near Ka'aba

A Saudi Court issued a 15-year prison sentence against a Yemeni young man on charges of taking a picture in front of the vicinity of the Ka’aba.

Sources close to the arrested man, Amr Sadiq Zaher, said that one of his friends asked to take pictures of him on his Facebook account in front of the Ka’aba, but the account’s profile showed a picture of the Yemeni leader, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi.

According to some sources, one of the guards inside the Ka’aba saw the young man, Zaher, taking a picture, and arrested him.

Last week, he received a 15 year prison sentence.
