The Zionist entity of “Israel” launched an aerial aggression on Aleppo International Airport in northern Syria early on Monday, damaging a runway and putting it out of service, Syria’s official SANA News Agency reported, citing a military source.
‘At about 4:30 a.m. on Monday, the Israeli enemy carried out an aerial act of aggression from the direction of the Mediterranean Sea, west of Lattakia, targeting Aleppo Airport’, a military source told SANA.
The source added that the aggression caused material damage to the airport runway, thus it went out of service.
