The dialysis center at the Public Al-Thawra Hospital in Taiz province, southwest Yemen, declared on Thursday that it has ceased operations owing to a lack of diesel.
The work at the facility was halted as the remaining fuel ran out, according to a statement issued by the center.
The statement explained that the center had previously appealed to the “government” loyal to the Saudi-led coalition and its local authorities to provide diesel, but those appeals were ignored.
