Iraq’s top Shiite cleric, Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani, issued a fatwa declaring jihad against Zionists in occupied Palestine in response to the brutal crimes committed in the Gaza Strip.
This came through Sistani’s office publishing the fatwa in a video.
Al-Sistani called on the world to stand up to this terrible savagery and prevent the occupation forces from implementing their plans to inflict more harm on the Palestinian people.
