A civilian was injured on Tuesday by unexploded ordnance in the district of Sirwah of Ma’rib province, Local sources said.
According to local sources in the province, an explosive remnant leftover from the Saudi-led coalition in the Sirwah district exploded and injured the citizen Naji Ali Haydara Maqbool.
His left feet got amputaed due to the explosion, one of the sources said.
Earlier in the day, one school pupil was killed and two others were wounded as a result of the explosion of war leftovers in the border areas of Saada province, northern Yemen.
