Iranian military forces have on Saturday morning targeted an illegal US military base in eastern Syria with a missile strike.
According to the Iranian Tasnim news agency, local and security sources announced that the US military base in the Omar fields of eastern Syria was targeted with 10 missiles at 6:05 o’clock this morning, in response to the US terrorist attack on the positions of the resistance forces in Syria.
According to the sources, there were significant human and financial losses due to the size of the presence of US forces at this base.
These sources also reported that the confusion of the US terrorist forces showed that do not intend to engage and open a full new front.
According to Tasnim, the US Department of Defence claimed, this morning, that it attacked points of “Iranian forces” in Syria, but did not coordinate these attacks with the Zionist entity.
In addition, the Iraqi resistance forces has also targeted the US Al-Tanf base on the Iraqi-Syrian border, using two drones.
