UAE and Jordan concerned about “expansion of conflict” following Yemeni strikes on Zionist forces

The missile and drone strikes carried out by Yemeni forces against the Israeli enemy entity have raised concern among the UAE that they will be affected, Israeli media reported.

The Israeli channel Kan has quoted Roi Kayes, a specialist in Arab world affairs, as saying: “Sana’a focuses these days on firing in the direction of Israel, but there are many countries in the region that are afraid to enter the ring of fire.”

“The UAE is the most concerned country,” he said, explaining that “A member of the UAE parliament – who declined to be named, said that the Israeli response to Sana’a may lead to an expansion of the war.”

“The second country is Jordan,” he added, noting that “the Jordanian army asked America to deploy Patriot air defence systems, and this comes due to Jordan’s concern about the expansion of the war.”
