Al-Ajri: Yemen will not change its position unless Israel, America and Britain change position on Gaza

Member of the Sana’a negotiating delegation, Abdulmalik Al-Ajri, stated that the British stance towards Yemen’s Naval operations aligns with the American position, and there is nothing new in it.

This clarification comes in response to what is being circulated on news websites and social media platforms regarding British withdrawal or the existence of British contacts and American offers for a ceasefire with Yemen.

Al-Ajri said in a press statement on Saturday: “The options available to the Americans in the Red Sea are limited, as they admit to being in a moral dilemma due to the heinous crimes in Gaza and international fear of the conflict’s expansion.”

He pointed out that the recent British warning is an attempt to halt the operations of the Yemeni army, and the response was clear that the Yemeni stance remains firm and will not change unless the Israeli, American, and British positions towards Gaza change.

Al-Ajri also emphasized that China and Russia do not look at ongoing operations in the Red Sea separately from what is happening in Gaza.
