Deputy Foreign Minister in the Sana’a government, Hussein Al-Ezzi, expressed on Saturday his deep concern over the conflict taking place in the US state of Texas, calling on the parties to the conflict to respect international human rights law.
Al-Ezzi said in a post on the “X” platform that “the United States and other countries are undoubtedly facing horrific and stormy events.”

He considered that the matter falls under what he called “a great divine punishment that affects the region and the world” because of the injustice and widespread global disappointment that Yemen has been subjected to.
He called on those countries to be fair in their policy towards Yemen in order to “avoid divine punishments.”
