A leader in the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) factions survived on Wednesday an armed attack in the middle of a popular market in Lahj province, southern Yemen.
Informed sources reported that tribal gunmen in Yafea area attacked the leader of the STC factions, Ali Yahya Harhara, after a dispute broke out between them.
This attack on Harhara is the second since he was injured in the head, carried out by tribal gunmen last August in the Yafea area.
