Deputy Chairman of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas in Gaza, Khalil Al-Hayya, said, “The Israeli occupation has retreated what was presented to us regarding the framework for the agreement last week.”
Al-Hayya added that an agreement cannot be reached while the occupation refuses the return of the displaced and withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.
He added in an interview with Al-Jazeera satellite channel, Monday evening: “The Zionist enemy will not obtain its prisoners except for three prices: providing relief to our people, stopping the aggression, and exchanging prisoners.”
