National Salvation Government opens several new key roads linking major cities across Yemen

The National Salvation Government took on Wednesday an initiative to open a number of roads linking the provinces of Taiz, Lahj, and Aden in southern Yemen.

This came when the Sana’a National Military Committee with the local authority in Taiz province inaugurated the opening of the 50-60 road in al-Noor City, as well as the Haifan-Tur al-Baha road linking the province’s areas with the rest of the coalition forces-held areas.

Deputy Chairman of the National Military Committee, Brigadier General Hashem, confirmed that the 50th-60th and Haifan-Tor Al-Baha roads have become passable and safe through the efforts of the security and military units, in a way that alleviates the suffering of citizens and travelers.

He pointed out the initiative comes as a translation of the directives of the leader of the Revolution, Sayyهd Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, to facilitate movement and traffic routes between the regions, in a way that guarantees the safety and security of citizens.
