Chief Yemeni diplomat condemns Israeli strike on Iranian consultate in Demascus

The head of the National Negotiating Delegation, Mohammed Abdulsalam, strongly condemned the Israeli attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, which resulted in the martyrdom of several Iranian leaders.

“We condemn the Israeli attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, which led to the martyrdom of several Iranian leaders,” Mohammed Abdulslam said in a post on his X account.

He underscored that the Israeli assault on the Iranian consulate represents a violation of Syrian sovereignty and blatant aggression against two fraternal nations for their supportive stances toward Palestine.

Earlier on Monday, the Israeli enemy targeted the Iranian consulate in the Syrian capital, Damascus, with an aerial attack, resulting in the martyrdom of several individuals, including the commander of the Quds Force in Lebanon and Syria, Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Zahedi.
