Cholera spreads in southern Yemen as Saudi-backed government fails to act

Medical sources revealed on Thursday alarming cholera spread in Yemen’s southern regions, indicating a catastrophe due to disregard for disease control and minimal patient assistance by Saudi-led coalition factions.

The sources confirmed the death of one case since March in Aden, with an increase in infected cases from March 22 to April 10 of this month to 327 cases, including 65 children aged less than 10 years.

Citizens in Aden, especially patients, complain of neglect, lack of attention to them, and being left to face their fate.
