The UAE has accused the Islah Party of creating an electricity crisis in the city of Aden and the rest of the southern province.
The head of the Center for Political Studies in Abu Dhabi, Khaled Al-Shamiri, said in a post on the “X” platform, “The electricity crisis was fabricated by the Brotherhood (Islah Party), which still controls the most important positions in the presidential office and the government.”
Al-Shamiri added that the leaders of the Islah Party are very close to decision-making, with the aim of adding fuel to the fire after seeing the accumulated popular tension.
He pointed out that the ball is now in the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s court to stop the conspiracies being hatched against it behind closed doors.
