Reports surfaced on Wednesday morning, stating that Yemeni forces are conducting operations in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden.
The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) received a report on Wednesday of an incident 77 nautical miles west of Yemen’s Hodeida, according to Reuters.
Since November last year, the Yemeni armed forces have been targeting Israeli-linked ships or ships en route to occupied ports to show solidarity with the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
