Tens of thousands of people rally in Melbourne against Zionist occupation

Tens of thousands of people took to the streets of Melbourne, the capital of the Australian state of Victoria, to protest the sale of weapons to the Zionist occupation.

The demonstration is the largest in recent years in the region, where the Land Forces Defense Exhibition has been held in Melbourne since Saturday.

The demonstrators demanded that Australia not sell weapons to the occupying entity, and extensive security measures were taken around the exhibition area, where the number of demonstrators reached tens of thousands.

It is expected that the protests will continue and the number of participants will increase.

Victoria State’s Treasurer, Tim Pallas, noted that the exhibition in question was planned before the Gaza events, and noted that thousands of police officers and millions of dollars in security funds were funded by the government.

The Protest organizer, Natalie Farah, said in a statement to the press: “We want Australia not to be a partner because supplying weapons to Israel is against international law.”
