Al-Qassam Brigades, the military arm of the Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas,” announced on Monday that the brigades’ fighters ambushed a group of Israeli occupation vehicles east of Rafah city.
“Al-Qassam fighters successfully trapped a convoy of Zionist military vehicles in a pre-prepared ambush along the supply line of the invading forces east of Rafah city, ” the group said in a statement on Monday.
“The fighters were able to successfully target 3 military bulldozers of the D9 type and 2 Merkava tanks as they passed through the eastern George intersection, using Al-Yassin 105 shells and guerilla-explosive devices,” the statement read.
