The capital, Sana’a, witnessed Wednesday evening a large youth festival, celebrating the lighting of the torch on the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the September 26 Revolution.
The Minister of Defense, Major General Mohamed Al-Atifi, the Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Mohamed Al-Mawlad, and the Mayor of the Capital, Hamoud Abbad, lit the torch.
During the ceremony held in Al-Tahrir Square, sports and combat shows presented by the Boy Scouts and Guides, as well as artistic singing and dancing performances from the Yemeni and Palestinian heritages.
