The struggles across the Arab World are linked, as the Israeli aggression on the people of Lebanon is the same aggression against the people of Gaza, Yemeni Ansarullah leader Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badreddine al-Houthi said, underscoring the unity of struggles across the Arab World.
Sayyid al-Houthi highlighted “Israel’s” long-standing record of violence in Gaza, which he described as unparalleled in its brutality but paired with consistent failure to achieve its strategic objectives.
Al-Houthi praised the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah’s resilience, noting that despite the intensity of Israeli attacks, the movement remains strong, with its fighters and popular support at an all-time high.
“Hezbollah today, with its faithful fighters and strong, conscious popular base, is stronger than ever,” he declared, emphasizing that the Israeli occupation’s attempts to prevent Hezbollah from aiding Gaza and Palestine would not succeed.
The Yemeni leader criticized the United States, the United Kingdom, and Western nations for their unwavering support of the Israeli occupation, viewing the Israeli state as an extension of their colonial ambitions in the region.
Al-Houthi predicted a defeat for the Israeli occupation should it attempt a ground invasion of Lebanon. “The Israeli enemy will suffer heavy losses if it proceeds with a ground operation in Lebanon, and its ultimate outcome will be a major defeat,” he warned.
He further noted that Hezbollah was escalating its military response to Israeli provocations, equipped with massive military capabilities, including advanced rockets capable of reaching all parts of occupied Palestine.
Al-Houthi pointed out that the Israeli occupation’s stated goal of securing the return of settlers to northern occupied Palestine “will only lead to greater losses for the aggressor.”
Drawing on historical memory, he reminded of the Israeli occupation’s defeat in 2006, suggesting that any future war could result in even greater losses.
“The Zionist enemies remember what happened to them in 2006, and what could happen this time might be far worse,” he said. He reassured the Arab and Islamic world that Hezbollah is “stronger and more united than ever, standing ready for any eventuality.”
Al-Houthi also highlighted Iraq’s growing role, acknowledging the increasing impact of Iraqi operations in support of Palestinian resistance. He affirmed Yemen’s steadfast position, with Ansar Allah remaining committed to the Palestinian cause as well as backing Lebanon and Hezbollah.
In terms of Yemen’s own military engagement, al-Houthi revealed that 39 ballistic and cruise missiles, alongside drones, had been launched in operations over the past week. He pledged continued support for Gaza, Palestine, and Lebanon, stating, “We will never hesitate to support Gaza, all of Palestine, Lebanon, and Hezbollah, and to cooperate with them.”
Despite US efforts to disrupt Yemen’s operations targeting Israeli, US, British, and “Israel”-bound ships, as well as missile and drone strikes against the occupation, Sayyed al-Houthi underlined that such attempts have largely failed. He lauded the Yemeni people’s unwavering dedication, noting their military, political, and media activities, as well as the mass weekly demonstrations in solidarity with Gaza and Lebanon.
Finally, Sayyid al-Houthi reaffirmed Ansar Allah’s commitment to resisting aggression and supporting resistance movements across the region.
