Jamal Amer, the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Sana’a government, stated that Zionist attacks on Sana’a airport took place while the World Health Organization’s Director-General, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, and the UN Resident Coordinator were just in the process of leaving the city.
Amer called the move a deliberate assault on and a disregard for the United Nations.
He emphasised that the attack resulted in the injury of the assistant captain of the UN aircraft, who was taken to the hospital, as well as the death of two airport employees.
