Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, a member of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council in Sana’a, said that Yemen will support the resistance in Lebanon in response to recent Israeli escalation and strikes.
In a post on the social media platform X, al-Houthi said Yemen would not accept the Israeli violations against Arab and Muslim countries, accusing yhe Israeli entity of pursuing plans to reshape the Middle East.
“The Zionist entity will not be allowed to act unilaterally against Lebanon, the land of resistance and steadfastness, God willing,” he added.
He added that the leader of the revolution Sayyid Abdul-Malik is expected to deliver a speech tomorrow, as in previous weeks.
The statement came after the Israeli occupation escalated its aggression against Lebanon in an unprecedented manner during the past hours, committing horrific war massacres against civilians and widespread destruction of infrastructure and homes throughout Lebanon.
Israeli strikes on Wednesday reportedly targeted multiple areas across Lebanon, which Lebanese authorities say resulted in hundreds of casualties and constitute a violation of international law.
