The military spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida, affirmed that the resistance is facing “a despicable enemy that does not recognize the sanctity of agreements,” noting that the enemy “misread the scene and miscalculated.”
Abu Obeida stated that the Zionist enemy is under the illusion that assassinating resistance leaders will weaken it, adding that “the blood of the martyrs is the fuel that propels our ship to plow through hardships.”
The military spokesman explained that the martyr Izz al-Din al-Haddad led defensive operations in the North Gaza Brigade and played a role in planning the October 7 operation, stressing that “the bill remains open until the enemy pays it.”
He added that the assassination crimes and the ongoing developments in the Gaza Strip place mediators and guarantors before a “moment of truth,” emphasizing that “silence or remaining on the sidelines is no longer acceptable.”
Abu Obeida pointed out that the resistance forces “inflicted woes upon the enemy,” noting that “the people of Lebanon have written epics,” while calling for unified efforts to rein in the occupation and compel it to fulfill its commitments.
He concluded by calling for setting aside internal differences within the nation and directing the compass toward “the nation’s primary enemy.”
