Saudi-led coalition violates UN-declared truce in Yemen 60 times

The US-backed Saudi-led coalition forces and their mercenaries committed 60 violations of the humanitarian and military truce announced by the United Nations, during the past 24 hours, a military source reported on Sunday.

The source explained that the violations included 47 sorties of armed and spying reconnaissance aircraft in the airspace of the provinces of Jawf, Hajjah, Saada and areas beyond the border.

The coalition forces targeted, with artillery, the positions of the army and the popular committees in Al-Madfan area in Saada province, according to the source.

The source confirmed the coalition forces also committed 12 violations with shooting at the homes of citizens and the sites of the army and the popular committees in the provinces of Hajjah and Saada.
