A leading member of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) announced on Wednesday the failure of the council’s authority in Aden.
Lutfi Shatara, a leader of the STC, said that “electricity is a major title behind which an unprecedented political and administrative failure and financial corruption are hidden.”
He added that the STC’s vision is absent to develop realistic solutions and that its justifications are no longer acceptable.
Shrara’s attack on the STC leaders predicts new defections in the ranks of the council’s leaders according to observers.
